My Body and My Goals

I was 'skinny' back in highschool, my senior year I was 5'5" and 140lbs but I wasn't healthy by far. My goal this time around after my weight gain is to be healthy, to feel good, strong, and actually be fit. I have goals for my size and weight but my real goal is to have the strength and the muscle to feel good about myself.

I'm going to try and use this program to keep up with my exercise and eating habits, using My Plate. You get a free account, you just need an email, and you can look up all different types of foods to find the calories, and you can enter your exercise and daily activities and also update your weight progress. I've updated to the "gold" which allows me to track body measurements and nutrient goals so I can keep closer track. I'll post weekly updates.

Another note, normally a person needs up to 2400 calories a day. My goal is to cut my calorie intake to between 1,200 and 1,700 calories 1,149 -1,462.I know that I can't completely cut out everything because that will only lead to binge eating, so I'm going to allow myself the occasion sweets and sugars but just in moderate amounts.
