I Will Not Stop



Week 10

I have been very absent. There has been a lot going on- house sitting, I had my 21st birthday, I'm moving to Eugene, and I haven't been able to go to the gym at All. That has been driving me insane. But I'm still using a treadmill at my friends and weights at home. It's not really the same but I don't want to stop all together. I think I've found a new gym and Eugene and I can't wait to get back to a harder workout schedule.

But I have to say, for not really working out the last month I am still losing weight and I feel awesome. I wish I had more energy but I can tell my eating habits have definitely changed a lot and that is so excited. Another thing, my eating changing has made me waayyy less tolerant to alcohol. I'm taking that as a good thing since I drink a lot less, less calories and less $! So on week 10, I have lost 9lbs and 16.5 inches overall. 6 inches from my waist alone. That is really really exciting. I know its taking me forever but it doesn't mean that I'm not making progress still. I'm happy and thats what matters!

I'll try to keep up posting once I move next week and get back into the gym updating different workouts, which I should have more of living with the boyfriend who is my exercise guru. Thanks to everyone who has been keeping up with me, sending me messages and keeping me motivated. You all rock and I love keeping up with your progress as well!
