Sweat


Week 5

I'm sorry I've been absent! I've actually been keeping myself really busy-which has been such a nice change for me. I haven't been at the gym much in the last week and a half so I haven't weighed myself.  I have still been working out but not as hard as I'd like to, but I've lost more inches and my eating habits have definitely changed on their own while I'm tracking less. I'm feeling really great and I'm so excited for my birthday coming up, I'll definitely post a progress picture when we get all dressed up lookin' good! Mad Ab March is also going great by the way-I love having a set work out, it's super helpful. When we hopefully get to the gym tomorrow I'll update weight and inches for yall =]
